Walter’s presentation was impressive and extremely powerful. It had a massive effect on the workforce and was quite an emotional event. Walter had huge relevance to the assembled group as he was a former top-level scaffolder on our site.

His story about the events leading up to it and the aftermath was a wake up call for all and I can not speak highly enough about his honest assessment and lessons to be learned.
